At FYI, we believe meaningful impact happens when youth, community, and partners come together. That’s why we offer a range of hands-on opportunities for teams to engage directly with our work.

From hosting career exploration days for groups of up to 20 youth on PA Days and March Break in your offices, to supporting our Annual Backpack Drive and Cold Weather Clothing Drive, your team can play a role in building brighter futures.

We also offer customized experiences like career mentorship sessions, workplace tours, and onsite program support—giving your employees the chance to connect directly with youth at our locations and see the impact of their support in action.
