James D’Souza

James is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit organization development and operations management. His areas of focus include:  Education, Children and Youth, Community Development, International Development, and Health Programming.

Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Supporting Education, Empowerment, and Development through Science (S.E.E.D.S.), a youth-serving charity, and as a Community Partnerships Analyst at the Regional Municipality of Halton, where he fosters collaboration between community organizations and the Region.

James holds an Honours Bachelor of Science and a graduate diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto. He is passionate about driving sustainable change and empowering communities through innovative programming.
